1. Get to know us
We would love to have your child join us as a St. Bartholomew Bulldog! Feel free to contact us by phone 952-473-6189 or email with any initial questions. We also invite you to connect with a current family!
2. Tour the School
Schedule a tour and take a look at our school in action. Visit classrooms and learn more about all our special offerings!
3. Meet the Principal and Staff
Meet with Principal Vance. She'll be happy to show you our great school and introduce you to students and staff!
4. Register
The registration fee is $200 per student, with a maximum of $400 per family. We will help request your child's academic records if they have attended another school before St. Bartholomew.
5. Enrollment Forms
Student and family information will be collected through our online tuition management system called TADS. Information gathered pertains to transportation, emergency contacts and health information. All billing and tuition payment options can be set up here, as well as Financial Aid applications. Annual Tuition Agreements will be sent each year to families in March for the upcoming school year.
6. Before and After School Care
St. Bart's School offers before and after school childcare called Clubhouse. A safe, respectful place where students have fun and expand friendships, Clubhouse offers a variety of activities. Families may choose a weekly schedule that best meets their needs. Drop-in days are available on a limited basis to families who only need occasional after school care (a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested).
Open before school 7:00am-8:15am AND after school 3:30pm-5:30pm. Contact the office directly to add Clubhouse to your schedule!
